Thank you and good bye.

Take down the photos, the posters, the crap I’ve accumulated over the course of four months. I’m packing. It’s the dreaded “p” word. I hate packing. Always have, always will. Just as I’ve gotten comfortable, I have to leave. I will miss HK and the friends I’ve made dearly. Hopefully one day I will return, and hopefully I’ll see those friends again.

Now to continue ripping my room bare.

I did not fall off the face of Earth! My two main final exams are over. Two more to go.

• I spent weeks making really pretty and detailed flash cards for a history timeline final exam only to find out a bulk of the information I researched wasn’t on the test. All that time spent on Wikipedia…gone. I will admit that a part of me wanted to make the flash cards just because I like neat and pretty things.
• It is 35°C which translates to…(hold on googling) 95°F in Hong Kong. Humidity 95%. I am melting.
• 10 days left. My mom wants me to buy a lot of Chinese things.
• I’ll be back at Nordstrom this summer. POV department. I’m just making my way through all the departments.
• Helplessness Blues is so. so. good.
• Mike, Sophie and I are marathoning Harry Potter. HP6 is next.
• Time for some free filet mignon sandwiches now (okay, they’re not free…we have to buy drinks, but they’re “comp” with drinks)!

I’ve actually been back since Tuesday but just felt like staying away from the world of social-networking for a while. That, and I had two huge papers due this week. Well, I’m pleased to announce that I’m DONE with those papers and now I can finally get to processing my photos. Recap post to follow.
